- We put together a forecast of targets and sales that the business should incrementally meet over their first year that would ensure success.
- The dashboard allowed us to review expenses and costs to keep the burden of these at a minimum and make the business run as efficiently as possible.
- The control panel meant the owner had the skills they needed going forward to know they were manging their business for success.
