Hi, I’m Elaine Smith, founder of Business FiTT and Trade Smart .
I help owner-managed businesses improve profit, tighten up systems and make the business easier to run day to day. My approach is practical and focused on what is really happening in the business — not just what the year-end accounts say.
Although my own professional background started in healthcare, I’ve grown up around trades and family-run businesses. My father had his own joinery business, and other close family members have built businesses in construction and kitchens, so the pace and pressures of this world have always been familiar to me.
My work brings together practical business analysis, financial clarity and process improvement, supported by qualifications in business finance, financial analysis, business coaching and LEAN process improvement.
