Elaine Smith has been consulting with small businesses since 2011 after running her own Healthcare Business for many years and successfully selling it.

Utilising the most effective strategies she learned from her own experience as a business owner, as well as her earlier years in larger multinationals, she developed a unique Business Consulting Process that has put her firmly on the map for money management, finance coaching and small business consulting for businesses all over Ireland and the UK.

Her own years in small business has taught her that business owners need practical steps to follow so her process has been designed with the small business owner in mind.
