The Issue: This was a short project with a new business. This talented lady was struggling to set up her business properly to ensure she offered her clients a full service without being too demanding on her time.
The Solution:
- We defined very clearly the packages she would offer, how she would price them, what profit each would make and where she might need outside help.
- The search for outside help led her to partner in business with another individual and they complemented each other’s needs and have a successful business together now knowing they have the right skills to manage it properly.
